God's Word
From a dear friend.
Hi all.
Erin's kidney replacement surgery (and my brother Pat's kidney donation
surgery) has been set for March 6. Erin is doing extremely well, quite
normal actually, as she continues dialysis twice a week in Toronto. Erin is
listening to healing scriputres, by tape, every night when she goes to bed.
Pray for strength for Pat, Brenda, Erin and their entire family to carry
them through until the victorious completion of this ordeal. Pat's 2
younger daughters were both diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis over a year ago,
so they have a lot on their shoulders.
Jairus to Jesus... Mark 5:21-43: “My little daughter lies at the point of
death: come and lay Your hands on her, that she may be healed; and she WILL
live.” She did live.
the Centurion to Jesus... Mathew 8:5-13: “Lord, I am not worthy that You
should come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant WILL be
healed.” He was healed.
Let us all pray with their faith for the regeneration of Erin's kidneys
prior to this surgery! While you are at it, pray for the regeneration of
Averi and Sydney's lungs too! Jesus will be glorified through this family!
Amen!
God bless you!

Mr. Fazzalari
Technology
We live in a technological world…every aspect of our lives is affected by technology. Everyone and everything depends on the skilled people who design, develop, maintain and operate the infrastructure of our society. Did you arrive somewhere today by a vehicle of some sort? Did you eat lately? Watch TV? Check out the Internet? Get a haircut? Use a stove, a chair, a computer, a spoon, shampoo, electricity? Then you have been affected by technology, and the people who made it all possible.
Technology, and technological education, is the application of science, math, social studies and the creative arts. An education system that does not value applied technical literacy is unacceptable in today's world. An education system that does not encourage youth to design, build things, use tools, problem solve, think critically and explore is a disservice to all citizens in our society. |
